July 26, 2009 BBQ postponed
Unfortunately, heavy rain forecast for this morning led to the postponement of this year's barbeque at Chatelherault.
A new date will be set, hopefully for the near future and will be published on the site.
July 21, 2009 Club barbecue date
A reminder that the annual club barbeque takes place at Chatelherault on Sunday July 26.
It kicks off at 1pm on the area to the right as you come into the grounds.
Barbeques will be provided, the weather can't be guaranteed.

The RRs' Championship and league tables have been updated following the Moffat 15k earlier this month.

July 4, 2009 Watch my back!
The normal view of Graeme is the one John Hughes has as he attempts to gain ground on him at the Calderglen 5k, in which Graeme was seventh overall on a time of 16.40.
John proved he remains a force to reckon with over shorter distances by crossing the line four seconds later, with Alan Tait third MAC man home on 17.18.
Clare Hughes was the first MAC woman on 20.19 with Mae McIsaac a short distance behind on 20.27 and Clare Barr two seconds after her.

July 4, 2009 MAC turn-out at final league meeting
Sunday June 28 saw the last of the Central & Southern League meetings.
Despite the javelin throwers getting the "pointy" end a bit mixed up, the results kept coming right to the end with our senior ladies storming home to a fine win in the relay.
