The prize-winners get ready to celebrate their efforts
Take a bow, all you MAC athletes whose hard work over the year culminated in the receipt of awards at this year's prize-giving ceremony in St Bride's Hall, Motherwell.
Young and not-so-young turned out to celebrate achievements on road, off-road and on the track.
Yvonne Murray, the club's honorary president and North Lanarkshire's athletics development officer, was on hand to present the prizes and offer her congratulations all round.
List of winners: Road Runners, Track & Field.

Four MAC athletes ran in the North Lanarkshire schools' cross-country event over 1000m at Wishaw Sports Centre.
In the girls' Primary 6 race, Kirsty Ferguson was second and Chloe Irwin was fourth.
Claire Ross was second in the girls' Primary 7 race and Owen Leach fifth in the boys' Primary 7 race.
All qualified for the final in February. MAC coach Richie Leach was there to help.
You may have spotted some recent media coverage of activity on the former Ravenscraig steel works site in Motherwell, where work on the regional sports facility has now reached the half-way point.
The BBC Scotland news website carried a story after journalists were shown round the site.
The aspect of the project of specific interest to MAC is the athletics track but other components are full-size indoor and outdoor football pitches, dance studios and a sports hall.
The centre is expected to open to the public in autumn 2010.
MAC's Alan Tait, whose company Balfour Beatty is the site contractor, sent on another, striking picture entitled "The Big Yellow Lift", taken by Michael Wolchover.
This is part of the building where the indoor pitch will be located and which will double as a concert venue with capacity for 5,000 people.
