All runs meet at the Boathouse in Strathclyde Park unless stated otherwise.
Tuesdays, quality session; Thursdays, steady run, 6.30pm.
Saturdays, 9.30am, progressive strength endurance intervals, normally completed on grass or paths.
Sundays, long runs, at 9.30am/10am, depending on the group you're running with.
Mondays: 6-7.30pm, the Boathouse. More of an endurance session.
Wednesdays: 6pm, Wishaw Track.
Saturdays: 9.30am, Wishaw Track.
