BOXING FUNDAMENTALS AND CONDITIONING – AEROBIC AND ANAEROBIC GYM CIRCUIT TRAINING

 

Quite a number of athletes have enquired about the re-introduction of circuit type training to our training regime.  Unfortunately, we no longer have the facility to do this in the Boathouse.

  

However, there is an opportunity for us to take up a weekly session with Forgewood Boxing Club (based in Mable Street, Motherwell) of circuit style training to improve aerobic and anaerobic condition, coordination, confidence and push yourself to new limits. The training includes wearing boxing gloves (provided) but you won’t be fighting anybody.  The details are: 

 

Session: Boxing Fundamentals and Conditioning

Where: Forgewood Boxing Gym, Mable Street,  Motherwell (across from the United Services Club)

When: Mondays 7.30 pm for one hour

Cost: £3-£4 depending on numbers (we need at least 8 people per week to make it viable)
