/ 3000m Track

The 3000m Track Championship is an annual race for Senior Endurance members, held during the club’s Track & Field Championships. It is the culmination of the summer’s track training and is always a hotly contested event. The current format is a scratch race, but finishing times are additionally age-adjusted. In that way, prizes are awarded to the male and female scratch winners, as well as to those who score most highly for their age.
