We had a superb turnout the 200th Time Trial Championship Race. There were 28 competitors, 4 Virtual entries, and 8 helpers. On the back of a heavy weekend of racing tonight’s race had an element of fun about it. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and the rain poured down for the duration of the race.

First male across the line was Gary Wood in 37:01 and first female was Mae McIsaac in 31:54. Douglas Samson picked up the wooden spoon in good humour.

Charla Hands provided us with some fantastic commemorative biscuits, cookies and muffins. Thanks once again Charla.

A special mention was given to Lucy Hamilton who is leaving us for ‘The Land Down Under’ in July and this might be her last TT. Lucy you will be missed.

Thanks to our many helpers – Joe Hoolaghan Margaret Hoolaghan Mark Ellis John Burns Emma Morris Anne Hughes Jac Molloy and Dougie O’Hare.
