David Gardiner won the MV50 first prize, Mark Gallacher was 2nd MV40, and our men won the team prize (David Gardiner, Paul Burns, Mark Gallacher, and Chris Macdonald).
There was more success for Motherwell AC at the British Masters Indoor Track Championships at Lee Valley indoor Athletics Stadium, London.Stephen Allen picked up Silver in the M50 1500m in a time of 4:22:37. Allan Cameron was just outside the medals with a 4th place finish in 4:26:00 in the M45 race. Stephen went on to take silver in the M50 3,000m in 9:23:29. Congratulations to Stephen for a fantastic double silver medal effort, and to Allan who was just pipped at the post for a bronze medal.
