Another NLL Open Graded Meet will take place at Wishaw Sports Centre on Wednesday 13 July, 2016 at 6.30pm. As a result, there will be no club training session that evening.
This is an opportunity for everyone to compete outdoors in familiar territory and we would encourage athletes (including new and current non members) to take part in at least one event.
Events available are:
100m; 600m; 800m; 200m; 3000m; long jump; shot putt and high jump.

Events are PRE ENTRY ONLY by 10 July 2016. Declarations open from 5.30pm. Start lists and heat information will be emailed by NLL to those who have entered online, usually the day before the Meet. Please arrive at least an hour before the start time of the event(s) you have entered to warm up and collect your race number.
