Two reminders for Senior Endurance members.
Firstly, the club’s 3000m Track Championship takes place on Saturday 18th September. That’s next weekend. It would be great to see as many members as possible support this race. Full details are available in this earlier post:

Secondly, team entries for the West District Cross Championship Relays are open and will remain so until Tuesday 21st September. The event itself is on Saturday 9th October in Glasgow. If you are not sure whether cross country is your thing, a relay event is probably the best ‘toe in the water’. Again, full details in this earlier post:
