Results in for MAC masters athletes taking part in the Indoor Masters Champs today at the Emirates arena:-
Stephen Allen (V50): Gold medals in both the 800m (2.12.47) and 1500m (4.29.45). A superb last lap in his 1500m race!
Allan Cameron (V45): Gold medal in the 1500m (4.22.05), a huge PB!
Jim Smith (V75): Gold medal in both the 60m (9.67) and 200m (33.44). Superb given he has recently just recovered from a long term injury.
Fiona Steele (V50): Silver medals in the 60m (9.11) and 200m (29.57).
Well done everyone. A fantastic masters medal haul for the club once again!
