The next NLL Open Graded Meet will take place at Wishaw Sports Centre on Wednesday 10 August, 2016. As a result, there will be no club training session that evening for the Junior and Intermediate Development Groups and the Sprint Group. Middle Distance Group athletes should check arrangements with their coach.
This is another opportunity for everyone to compete outdoors in familiar territory and we would encourage athletes (including new and current non members) to take part in at least one event.
Events available are: sprint hurdles; 200m; 300m; 400m; 1500m; long jump; triple jump; javelin and high jump.
Further details, including the entry form and age restrictions, can be found on Q-Buster.
Events are PRE ENTRY ONLY by 8 August 2016. Declarations open from 5.30pm.
Start lists and heat information will be emailed by NLL to those who have entered online, usually the day before the Meet. Please arrive at least an hour before the start time of the event(s) you have entered to warm up and collect your race number.
Your coach will be happy to help if you require further information.
Another great night for MAC at the latest Open Graded Meet in Wishaw on 13th July, with a number of PBs and lots of impressive performances across the age groups. Well done to everyone who competed and thanks again to our supporters and those parents who helped officiate at the field events.

We had around 35 athletes competing, which was tremendous and a number of PBs and SBs to boot! Well done everyone! Looking forward to more like this in the future. What a great night for MAC.
If you do not have a Po10 profile, please register – its free to do so and is a very useful tool for both athletes and coaches to moniter results and set targets. There’s a helpful FAQs section on the website, but if you have any questions please speak to a coach.
It was a great night for MAC at the second Open Graded event in Ravenscraig RSF on 27th January.
It provided a perfect introduction to competition for one or two of our young athletes as well as a way for some of our more experienced runners to push boundaries and test their training targets.
Official results to follow, but well done to those who participated and thanks to everyone who came along to support our athletes.
The next one takes place at the same venue on 30th March.
