It should be noted that if training is cancelled over the winter months due to adverse weather conditions, a text alert will be issued to members on the mobile phone number listed on our membership system. Non-members will, as far as possible be contacted on the mobile phone number provided on attendance registration records. Please make sure that you notify us of any changes in contact details, particularly mobile phone numbers. Messages will also be posted on social media.
Cancellations are generally outwith our control and may be at very short notice. Please make sure that children are not dropped off at training venues without checking that the venue is open, training is on and coaches are present.
